Leaders in the Agricultural Community from all over the Jordan Valley spent 2 weeks being trained and equipped to enhance the work between two key stakeholders in the agricultural community. Twenty six participants from 9 Water User Associations and the Jordan Valley Authority engaged in workshops and lectures focused on communication skills, teamwork, reporting, time management and community building. The training, held at the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy in Amman, aims to develop the organizational and interpersonal capacity of two of the main forces for agricultural development in Jordan.
